For a quick delivery of your order we call on our shipping partner Bpost.

Delivery prices

Do you place an order of more than € 100? Then you enjoy a free shipment!

For orders lower than this amount, we use the following rates (Belgian address):

  • Delivery at home or work: €7,50
  • Delivery at collect point or package machine: €7,50
Prices for international deliveries:
  • The Netherlands, Germany, Franse, United Kingdom, Luxemburg: €12,00
  • Rest of Europe: €22,00
  • Outside Europe: €50,00

Delivery at home or at work

Receive your package at your specified address. Our shipping partner bpost provides a delivery during working days.

In a collection point or post office

Not sure you're home during the day? You can also have your package delivered to one of bpost's post offices or collection points.

When placing your order you will get an overview of all collection points and their opening hours in your area.

Please note: your package will remain in your chosen post office or pick-up point for 15 calendar days. After 2 days, bpost will send a reminder via e-mail. If you forget to pick up the package within this 15-day period, it will be returned to our store.

In a parcel machine

You can have your order delivered in one of the package machines spread across Belgium. These are usually located at busy junctions, in stations and in shopping centers.

These package machines are accessible 24/7. As soon as your order has arrived at the bpost package machine of your choice, you will receive an e-mail and a text message from bpost. After receiving this e-mail you have 5 days to collect your order. Keep in mind that you need your bpack 24/7 user number (mentioned in the confirmation email and on your user card) and your pin code (stated in the confirmation text). If you do not pick up the package, the order will be automatically sent back to our store after 5 days.

Delivery in a bpost parcel machine is only possible if you have a bpack 24/7 account. You can register for this service for free on www.bpack247.be

When placing your order you can choose which parcel delivery machine your parcel should be delivered to.

Delivery time

As soon as your package leaves our store you will receive a shipping confirmation by mail. In that email you will find a Track & Trace code and a link with which you can track the exact delivery status of your package.

Delivery missed

If you have opted for a delivery at home or at work, you must sign a receipt. Were you not at home? Then the postman leaves a note in your mailbox. This note shows the 2 options you have to receive your package. You can pick up your package with the note in the nearest post collection point. The address of this collection point is on the note.

A second option is that you ask bpost to deliver your package again. This can only be done at the same address as the original delivery. You can request a new offer on this page.

Attention: your package will remain in the mailing point for about 15 calendar days. If you forget to pick it up in that period, it will be automatically returned to our distribution center.
